Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our product catalog, select the item and quantity, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: We process orders quickly — typically within 1 business day. If your order has not yet shipped, email support@leevar.store with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
A: We currently do not offer gift wrapping services, but if you would like to include a gift note, contact support as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment. Only one code can be used per order.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Free US shipping on orders $35+. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: International shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. Track anytime in your Leevar account under "Order History."
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We'll review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact support@leevar.store before sending any item back — do not ship anything without authorization. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, just email a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, usually with no need to ship the item back.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear on your statement.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact support for a refund and place a new order for the correct item/size.
