Before returning: Please contact support@leevar.store before sending any item back. Return instructions and an approved return address will be provided after review. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Leevar is an online-only store. We do not offer local drop-off or in-person returns.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, return the item in its original condition (unworn, unused, with all tags attached) for a full refund.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the return is due to an error on our end, contact us first.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Personalized or custom products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Food/treat products (due to health and safety regulations)
Refund Processing Time
Allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund processing after the return is received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is processed. Funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchange Policy
Leevar does not offer direct exchanges. Customers should return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
