Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact support@leevar.store with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used pet products for hygiene reasons, discounted items, and final sale products cannot be returned.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or full refund.
